Shipping Costs and Conditions
A Polite Customer Notice
To prevent delays with the processing and dispatching of your order please select the correct shipping option from the drop-down menu at checkout.
If the wrong shipping selection is made at checkout or invalid voucher codes are used, shipping will need to be collected before the order can be dispatched.
All additional shipping costs collected due to customer errors will also incur a processing fee.
Canceling an Order
Orders can only be canceled if you contact us within 12 hours of your order being placed.
Canceling orders after this time is not possible.
Returns

You have 28 days from the day of parcel arrival to return unworn (except to try on) unwanted items.
Non-UK Sales
Local taxes and charges that may be applied are the responsibility of the recipient.
We cannot provide an estimate of what they may be.
Please contact your local customs office for further information.
Sale Items Lead Time - Sale orders can up to 5 days to be processed.
You have 14 days from the day of parcel arrival to return unwanted sale items.
Returned sale items received after 14 days will be refunded via a store credit note only.
EXOTIC WEAR IS NON-REFUNDABLE - Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations Underwear is not permitted to be returned for a refund or an exchange unless faulty.
All exotic wear sales are final.
Pole Sweet Pole Tights are only available for return if they have not been opened and removed from their packaging
Undelivered, Uncollected or Refused Parcels
For all parcels that are undelivered and returned to us: shipping costs will be deducted from any money returned. Undelivered parcels will also have any stripe or PayPal processing fees deducted from the total money returned.

Next-day delivery ordered before 1 pm Monday - Thursday - £13.99
Next-day delivery ordered before 1 pm Fridays (To Arrive Saturday) - £16.99

Customs Notice:
European orders can take up to 15 days to be released from customs with the current exception of Italy which can currently take up to 30 days to be released from customs and ready for delivery.
Unfortunately once a parcel has been dispatched we have no control over delivery times and possible customs delays.

Please Note orders sent to a PO BOX can't usually be sent tracked or signed therefore appropriate insurance cannot always be added to these parcels. All recipients using a PO BOX do so at their own risk - Pole Sweet Pole will not be responsible for any loss or damages accrued when using a PO BOX delivery address.
Pre-Orders
All Items Pre-ordered will be dispatched the day they arrive at Pole Sweet Pole HQ.
All items purchased at the same time as a pre-ordered item will be dispatched together in one parcel unless otherwise pre-arranged with us.
Not Happy?
We will do our best to help you when it comes to you not being happy with any of the items you receive. Please contact us immediately so we can help you solve the matter as we want you to be happy with your purchases.
Your Orders
All items are checked thoroughly for defects before they are packed and sent to you.
Please take care when trying garments on,
If the item purchased is clearly too small for you then could we please ask that you don't attempt to try it on as any item damaged in this way cannot be exchanged or refunded.
If you need to return your item/s for any reason please contact us at sales.polesweetpole@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your parcel to let us know what’s wrong and how you would like to proceed.
You have 28 days (14 for Sale Items) from the day of parcel arrival to return unworn (except to try on) unwanted items.
Undergarments should always be worn when trying on all Pole Wear. Items that appear worn will not be eligible for an Exchange or Refund.
All items returned must be in their original unworn condition with original packaging and tags still attached with no deodorant marks visible.
Upon us receiving your return the items will be checked and either a replacement sent or your money minus the postage will be refunded to the account it was paid from.
With the exception of faulty items, the customer is responsible for all return and re-shipping costs.
